I realise that many of my customers find it difficult to bring their computers into me if something goes wrong. With remote access, I am able to work on your computer without either of us leaving home. I can provide you with fast service without having to be on-site saving you time and money. Obviously, your computer needs to be able to log in to Windows and have Internet access.
How it works: You will download a small program that will give you a user ID which you will give to me. Then I will be able to connect to your computer and work on it. Simple!
Step 1: First you will need to download a small program to your computer and save it to your desktop.
Step 2. Call me to arrange a time.
Step 3. I will call you at the arranged time. Run the program and tell me your unique user ID.
Step 4. When I connect to your computer a window will pop up that you need to verify for me to continue. You need to tick the box that confirms you know me & click on Accept at the bottom.
That’s it!
After that, I can connect to you and take control of your computer to try to fix the problem. You can watch what I do or go and do something else.
Please note that I can only access your computer during that current session. I will not be able to access your computer at any other time after I end the session.
The prices will be as follows:
Pay as you go: $30/15 mins (in 15 min blocks)
1 hour pre-paid block $100 (1 year expiry)
